I played through Forbidden West, and then circled back to play this one. It's about 90% of Forbidden west, and well worth 3x this price. Great game!! Also looks good on a Samsung 49 inch curved monitor!

It's a beautiful game was great fighting mechanics but a mediocre plot.

For $10 I would absolutely recommend it.

I would also like to mention that has been rumored more than once that a full remaster / remake is in the works using Forbidden West's updated engine. Rumor points to updated models, quality of life improvements from FW, new weapons and more. If you have waited this long to play it you MIGHT want to wait until the Playstation showcase which is this month. It may show up who knows. Now do I think it needs a remake / remaster treatment on PC? Nah but the quality of life improvements would be nice from FW. This new game would of course not be this price but for some it may be worth the wait. This game is constantly on sale and will be this cheap again I would hold and see if there is an announcement in a couple weeks.

I was just going through the GOTY list since 2000 and this game for some reason is not on the list, but personal opinion one of the best games out there and way better than most of the GOTY. I am still listening to the Horizon OST when I am working.

You are most likely gold status on GMG it does not show you the real prices if you have the gold tier unless you sign in.

I played through FW and loved the story and found the action okay. I am playing ZD and like the combat a tiny bit better, and find the story totally dull and slow (and I'm skipping most of the really really garbage fetch quests like "I need mushrooms!")
