1:1 amount of hot water with amount of rice, heated to 180 degrees, for about 12 minutes once the temperature is even throughout the pot = properly cooked rice. Fuzzy logic.
Fuzzy Logic includes variables, such as variable amounts of water/rice. Kind of like Chicken + hot sauce = good. Fuzzy logic!
From my experience, the instant pot will make rice faster but not as good? My Zojirushi makes it the perfect fluffiness and also will keep it warm for days! But also takes like 40 mins for "quick" rice and 60 mins for the normal setting.

So factor in 3x the ⚡ electricity to use it too 👍
Asian markets in the US carry plenty of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean rice.
People who actually know rice get wuchang [sayweee.com] rice from northeastern China. We drive up to Canada to buy them in the Chinese supermarkets.
I bought the 10 cup induction model. I also bought a blackstone griddle and anticipated myself being one of those hibachi grill guys making fried rice for the masses. Nope. I've yet to set up the griddle.
Not sure if this one can, but some you can get a steamer basket for and steam some veggies. Or you can make other things in it. I see people making breads in them. So for those uses I'd say bigger is better.

Same as Tesla
My induction rice cooker can do Quick rice in about 20-30min for 3 or 4 cups. Normal is like 30-45min. I haven't noticed much difference in the quality of result but it does save a bit of time.
