beware folks, 2 times in the last 10 days I had to live chat with customer service, couldn't receive or send text messages saying basically I was spamming or that I had insufficient funds. When I asked live chat person why this continues to happen, they had no answer for me literally. You get what you pay for!!! I just activated a year card 2 weeks ago and this nonsense continuing to happen

Had the worst experiencing porting over to infimobile.

Took weeks and even then they couldn't figure it out. Their customer service told me my number couldn't be ported even though their system said it could and my previous provider said it was ready.

I called their help number at around 8am EST on a weekday. It took around 20 rings for someone to answer. When they finally did, it was lady with a super thick Indian accent who was no help at all. She kept putting me on long holds which makes me think she'd transfer the information and someone else would do the work.

After week of emails, live chat, and phone calls, they eventually recommended getting a new number. I almost cancelled the service on the spot as it shows how incompetent they are. I decided to stick it out and haven't had trouble yet. If I do, I'm not confident at all that someone there could resolve it.
Just my personal experience i had no such issues. Number transferred from mint mobile in 20 mins.

Since i had physical SIM from amazon purchase i had to call in to switch to eSIM call was answered immediately and esim switched in 30 mins. This was on Saturday midnight.

I had another question called and picked up immediately.

Maybe there were some real issues with ur previous carrier in porting out ur number

Loved RingPlus!!! My credits transferred over to Ting. Now I'm with Mint- Have till Aug to decide whether or not to stay with them. I think that I am.....
My credits never transferred over, I did get a ting sim but it had 0.00 bal. I used to have mint but their CS have gone down the hole since T-mobile bought it. I am now on redpocket. But I'm hesitant to buy this because from what I can tell it's owned by some people in india.

Good2go is $6 a month for 1gb then unlimited data at 128KB/s. Something to consider for those doesn't use a lot a data but still want some failover in case of emergencies.

After purchase how long do you have to activate the sim?

I miss Ringplus dearly, wish they were given another chance. I'm almost certain the model was too disruptive and because of that, they were shut down or prevented from living on. I'm also surprised no other carrier really uses ringback tones to advertise. Could really drive prices down. But I digress...

This is giving me ringplus vibes. For anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about, they offered dirt cheap plans, then one day they just shut down, and everyone who prepaid lost their credits.
I always just had the free plans and upgrades

I don't pay attention to mvnos.
It looks like Infimobile has been around since December of 2023?
What timelines have the former scam companies run?

Imo maybe the 20gb 6 month plan for $56 was a better deal.

Also, "Sims can be activated within 60 days of purchase. **Taxes and shipping charges applicable".

"Any port out request will incur a $25 charge. User can avoid this fee by committing to staying with Infimobile for a minimum of 3 months"
(Terms and Conditions)
However with this $99 it should cover 12 months so above should not apply.

Question: How much would it be for the next 12 months?

Tmobile signal ?

After 20GB of 5G/4G data is consumed, speed will be reduced for the remaining of the plan.
Anybody knows what that reduced speed is? Does not say anywhere on their website. Want to make sure that I'll at least get my emails and attachments if not HD video during the reduced speeds

The 10GB plan seems to be discounted more than 50% being at $99 in the cart (versus advertised at $126 at 50% off). However, the 20GB plan does not have any further discount and is at $186. I may get the 6 months version of the 20GB from Amazon to try this out ... sounds like a really good deal at $67 for 20GB for 6 months. Hope they convert the sim to esim easily as Amazon seems to have only the physical sim card version of the plan
