Be a little careful with this seller. They seem to recycle their listing and change the product. For example this listing has 371 reviews but a lot of them are for a different model they sold. You can see some pictures people posted in the past.

It is an extremely common issue on Amazon and it seems 3rd party sellers on Walmart are starting to do the same thing. Keep a listing going that has high reviews and just change the product out on it.

This is a great feature that I wouldn't skip. I had a car that hadn't moved in nine months. Battery was totally dead. Connecting the device to the battery wouldn't jump it because there was no draw from the battery.

Using the override button did the trick.

The NEXPOW 4000A model recently posted on SD is still 50$ after 40$ + 10% off. I was skeptical about this brand but found a lot of youtube videos where people got their vehicles started. Do you happen to know if the "usb-c in(out)" is suppose to charge devices also? I am disappointed it isn't working for me. Both usb-a output are fine.

Honestly, as others have stated, for a few extra dollars it might be worth it to buy name brand from a more reputable seller. If this is a Chinese knockoff, it could very well be made in the same factory with the same components as the name brand. Or it could be made somewhere else with cheap parts. If you're going to trust your vehicle to it, and ability to get out of being stranded, I think a few extra bucks is worth a little more peace of mind.

This thing works. Have jumped a VW Touareg diesel, Ford 350 Powerstroke, Trailblazer, and a Suburban with absolutely no issues. A must for a road trip and one in the garage. Keep it charged though.

How did you charge VW Touareg, did you hook up to the front (hood) posts. If so the cables are too short to make that happen.

I wish folks who have experience with a product like this would specify the conditions that they used the product. Here in the northeast I think a jumper with this small of a battery would be nearly useless in the middle of the winter. I realize lithium ion batteries work well in cold conditions, but a car or truck is much harder to start under those conditions - especially if it's an older vehicle.

That's more of a problem with the lead acid battery sitting in your cold engine bay, a good lithium jump starter should provide plenty of starting amps to your starter motor for most vehicles.
Also, at least my jump starter is kept inside the car in a insulated case under a seat, so it's not the same temperature as the air.

Whether the one in this "deal" can handle it or not, not sure.
