No... don't use HSA funds. They are the most tax advantaged account that can be used for retirement. Just hold those!.

FSA, that is another story. - those funds need to be spent within a set timeframe.

You don't need to add 2. You just need the subtotal to be greater than the coupon value for it to work. You can add a cheap filler for it. I added a $0.69 can of green beans.

FYI the coupon didn't apply for me at first, but when I changed the payment method to my circle rewards & selected bring my own bag, it worked. Hopefully this will help someone.
I did that and it looks like it deducts from the circle rewards balance. The app doesn't show that but if you look at the website it does show how it gets to $0

PS: The filler item trick worked for me

$2.49 in Philadelphia. Great size to keep in bag for those times you're out and realize you need sunscreen.

Second time doing this deal. Don't use a food item like the banana as your add on item to cancel because it shortens your pickup window timeframe even if you cancel it and doesn't allow you to extend the pickup. Unless you can get to target today or tomorrow.

Thanks, I didn't even know that HSA reimbursements had no limit. Here's proof for everyone from the IRS for an official document - at the bottom of page 18 on Q-39. Any idea on the odds rules like this get amended by the US govt later on?

Unless you refuse the bag for a refund at. Customer service prior to picking it up. Worth a try.
