I found more of the icon lights on an end stand. There were none in the normal location. Harbor freight does this a lot. Same for the free tarp they offered.

From my experience, the HF store inventory online is not real time, it's probably at least a day old.

Had the same experience, took screenshots and called customer service. Explain to them what happened, they should help you out. The rep I spoke with was very kind and understanding. Took only like a 5 minute call. Ymmv though!
When I was on the phone I noticed in print on the stock check that the inventory was only correct as of like 5am morning of. I guess their website doesn't update real time.
