T mobile customer care talk iPhone 15 pro max - $700

I have iPhone 12promax 128GB, when speaking to T mobile agent they offered me to trade in 12promax for 200$ and on top of that they offered 300$ discount so new iPhone 15promax 256gb will be 700$ . Do you think is this a good deal ?
I am on the T mobile simple choice plan and no great offers in that plan.
I needed 15promax and there are no offers under choice plan .its a 24months monthly credit. I know I am locked but I would be preferred to be on this plan .
They waived off the 35$ initiation fee as well and the tax is applicable which is 96$.

Nope I asked them 10 times literally and they said you will remain in same plan what you are now .
Who will give for 300$ off on the iPhone 15 pro max which is of 256gb. Not sure how much iPhone 12promax will be sold for ?
