I'm just letting you know as someone who formerly owned and operated a Subway, most of those deals that subway gives are barely breakeven, and sometimes the store even loses money. The stores that do make money are the ones that usually hire people, usually illegals (off the books) or teenagers and do it by underpaying their employees. And most of the actual profit is made from chips, cookies, and drinks. And also Subway corp does not reimburse store owners for those coupons. Those contracts that Subway offers the franchise owners are also extremely awful; John Oliver from lastweektonight does a pretty good video breaking it down if you're interested. Granted the store that I ran, was in low-mid income area, but rev average around 400,000-425,000, and after paying myself (i was barely paying myself a living wage), the store only had made around 3-4 percent margin. I could have made a-lot more by underpaying my employees but that's not really my style of business ownership. Eventually I ended up selling the store because it was getting to a point where my margins kept dropping and the rent kept increasing faster than inflation.
Has anyone been able to successfully order off the subway website? Page always seems slow & buggy

Website, App, doesn't matter how you try, many days it just simply DOES NOT WORK. And to make matters worse, when their systems aren't completely broken, you can't even check a restaurant's menu or schedule a future order during off hours. It's a joke!
You guys realize inflation exists right lol. 7 dollars isn't even that bad considering normally a footlong ( accounting for inflation it's actually almost the same price) is around 12-15 dollars nowadays. If you wages aren't keeping up with the time sounds like you need have a chat with your employer.

I went back to Subway after nearly a year and love their new thinner flatbread! Also it's all about selection and customization to get the healthiest ingredients of all fast food IMO. You definitely won't find the same value at Shitoptle.
