Turok 2 was an absolutely fantastic multiplayer. Playable even on dialup in the middle of nowhere.
Is it a new AAA title? No. Is it better than before and does it offer something for fans of the series? Absolutely. Quit trying to troll, you silly goose. Just don't buy it if you don't want it, these are worth the price point imo.

Seems crazy to charge $20-30 for the effort of putting lipstick on something old. $2-5 per game is about right.
Also, why would anyone want to play a port of Doom 64 on PC when they could just play the best version natively anyways?

Even the 7th generation washes what is put out in todays era checkout a video by crowbcat and he does a timeline of 360 games release dates and how frequent they were dropping compared to these walking simulators and water downed arena and fps shooters we have today.

The goalpost was number of games released by year, that goalpost was disproved and not even by a narrow margin. Now the goalpost is down the street discussing the quality of games as if that is the same topic? Different conversation entirely. What next, if Master Chief could beat Link in a game of Mario Kart?
And most games now aren't new IP's they are remasters and remakes and a bunch of shovel ware games.
During the time Turok 2 came out most people aka kids didn't have money to buy games so people missed out because 105 was a lot most kids growing up barely had more the 10 n64 games let alone 20 because of prices for them were always high even used.
Also there was no online or kids weren't at the store every day hell or even months so it was much easier in the past to overlook titles.
Even many rental shops excluded many titles making it easy to miss out.
BTW, I stopped reading after that because I could tell the goalpost was being moved so far away I might need a passport.

Ridiculous post. Who cares if the game is selling at full retail on Steam for $30. The game is still a 23 year old game.
Slapping remastered on a game and selling it (again) at full retail doesn't make it a good deal.
I get from your username that you are probably in that very small group of super fans that think $30 for the game is a deal.
Me? It is worth about 50 cents for nostalgia. Same price I paid for T1 and T2 to have them on Steam and "remastered."
VaultTec is right even if he is overly generous with his $10.
