The Signature line has larger size handles. You can fit 4 fingers in the loops.
Yes. Use silicone or wooden utensils to stir-fry. Metal will probably leave scratch marks.

The Traditional line with the smaller loops is what's sold in the outlet stores. They are just as popular. It's a matter of personal preference if you like using bigger loops. You can still grip well using 3 fingers.
This is mainly a soup pot. Small surface area of the base & sloped sides for better stirring.
