Poor customer service
It's saved me a few times already. My waterfall pond periodically clogs due to leaves, which causes the water to overflow and causes the water replenishing thing to keep running.
Installation is super easy if you are semi handy. No idea how much a plumber would charge to install it.
Plus my county has a $200 rebate on these.

Did you really think before posting this??? lmao, A brand name sold by Costco, which arguably has the best customer service in the industry and the most liberal return policies.
"Could" diy but needs tools and solder coppers pipes how many willing to take that chance if never done it or handy know how.
This should be standard on new development like sprinklers.
