Both the Hisense QD6 and Samsung Q60C do not have Full Array Local Dimming. So they are pretty much in the same entry-level QLED tier.
Also people seem to forget to take into account the energy guide. The 65" Hisense QD6 use $58 per year while the 65" Samsung Q60C uses $15 per year. In 5 years, the Samsung saves you $215. So the Hisense would actually cost $165 more than the Samsung over 5 years of watching TV.
Hisense is a crap brand. Everything I have bought from them from A/Cs to TVs have crapped out on me right after the warranty period. One of my Hisense portable AC unit actually died a year within use. Their warranty department will reply back but will do whatever possible to avoid sending back the unit for repair meaning spending weeks of going back and fourth with their lacking CS.. Issues with their bad QA are well documented online. If you must get in on this deal just know what to expect.. Good thing it's a Costco purchase...
I've had my Roku Hisense TV for years I think 3 years now for sure possibly more It's been in constant moves bumped scratched stabbed and it's still alive (when I say stabbed I mean poked) like obviously if it got stabbed It wouldn't work but yeah it's good but yeah some TVs definitely need more quality control

Where are you seeing Samsung Q60C for $450? $748 online at Walmart.
Figured, thanks. According to brickseek, no stores near me have any in stock, unfortunately.
