Aside from all these comments about sugar, does anyone else think it's a bit silly to buy lemonade? I mean, it's gotta be the easiest drink to make. Water, sugar, and lemon...
It could possibly be silly for home use, but when I'm taking drinks to an event, I purchase ready-made lemonade, tea, juice, etc. And honestly, we don't drink it at home very often so when we do have it, I buy Simply Lemonade instead of making it. By the time I've bought enough lemons for that amount, I've spent as much as a bottle on sale.
Never made homemade lemonade before I see. Typically, it takes at least 1 cup of sugar for 10 8 oz. glasses, which is 20g of sugar, but I always have used a little less than 2 cups of sugar. That's about 40g of sugar. Sorry, but lemonade was never a "healthy" drink.
I'd advise you keep from showing your kids how to run a lemonade stand this summer, because people will definitely pucker up and toss it out if you make it.
Get lemons, zest lemons, juice lemons.
Make oleo saccharum with a mix of brown & white sugars plus the lemon zest.
Add to lemon juice and water to taste.
Achieve lemonade enlightenment.
Bit sweet but tastes very good, surprisingly I didn't see much love from others. Who reads facts label anyway, today I learnt it has truck load of sugar opps!
Their orange juice is made from 100% juice and has no added sugar.
Their lemonade, however, is not good - made from only 10% of juice. PRIME has more as much juice (10% coconut juice) lol.
They are good but smaller brands usually better bang for your buck
We're talking taste here, bud. IDGAF about the sugar content. I know it's all bad, have come to terms with it when I pour the glass, and have moved onto just enjoying it. You know regular OJ has 28g of sugar in 12oz too? I'm past worrying about every tiny thing. Everything in moderation and enjoy your life.

No one is counting grams of sugar.
I even complimented that their orange juice had no added sugar and was made from 100% juice.
The lemonade is made from 10% juice which means even if it tastes like good juice you are drinking flavored filtered water (if you read the ingredients) - there are lemonades that taste great and are made with 100% juice like how Simply uses 100% juice for its orange juice.
The sugar content is not important, but the source of where the juice comes from is - not from best to worst: 100% juice, from % of juice, from 100% fruit puree, from juice concentrate, from fruit cocktail. Fruit cocktails are what have very low content of juice and are found in juice boxes for kids lol.

You can buy 100% lemon juice, but no sane person drinks that.

Te pink lemonade masks it and is pretty good, but the original flavor is bizarrely bad
But shipping this for $2 is a huge loss.
What? You mean lemonade has sugar in it.😧
