This size holds 5 spools with them standing on edge.
Depending on the brand of filament, it may be a little tight putting the last one in.
In my test, I used 5 random plastic spools from various vendors.
While the larger ones hold a little more, they also leave a lot of wasted space since the spools don't fit in quite as compactly packed.
As others have mentioned regarding the price, there's no way that I paid anywhere near the $23 price, not even for the larger ones.
