This brand is really good if you want pans without any PFOS or PFAS chemicals. They're ceramic so eventually will become less and less nonstick but given this process point, easier to replace financially speaking

Just fyi, if anyone cares. Blue Diamond is owned by The Cookware Company, who also owns notable brands Green Pan, KichenAid, Merten & Storck and OXO among others.

Cheers,

Note this is cheap aluminum. Nothing like the build quality and performance of Granitestone that performed the best in Project Farm

It can also be had for $24 often for this type of pan:

I have a blue diamond regular ceramic pan. And it's really mediocre at best. I upgraded to the granite stone and it was a huge upgrade. The bottom pan is properly flat and it cooks even. I often get blue diamond and granite stone confused because they look similarly. My dad almost got duped getting blue diamond when he meant to get the granite one.

Does anyone have recommendations for ceramic coated inside/outside that are induction compatible?

Found some older "chantel enamel" ones we like, but not seeing many modern options...

Possible there is an "Enthusiasts" Group that can make recommendations for specific cookware like this?

I use the frying pans and chefs pan, and they're ok. As with all ceramic nonstick, it's not as nonstick as Teflon, and you'll still get stuck on food and whatnot, but they're a little less fussy to clean compared to cast iron and carbon steel pans.

Personally, I use cerama-bryte cleaner and scrubbers on these pans to clean stuff I can't clean off just use a 2 sided sponge and dish soap on.

Some people think the feldspar in cerama-bryte helps to maintain the nonstick-ness of ceramic pans. I'm skeptical of that claim, but it definitely helps to keep the pans clean, which does help prevent food from sticking.
