I found the fit to be right in the middle - not big, not small. I purchased 10 Wide. I tried on medium width, and they were too narrow for my wide foot. The wide fit perfectly. My usual size is 10, and these slip on easily. Not too long, not too short.

Hard for me to describe fit in words, but I'd say these are accurate. Buy usual size and cross your fingers. Skechers stores and DSW both carry a variety of sizes and widths, so they are good places to find your correct size. Good luck.

Seems cool, but I don't know about the fit. There's almost always wide widths, but almost never narrow. My Brannock is 10.5C, but I don't think I've ever seen a sneaker or casual shoe with a C width.
