There are Amex card discounts and other significant Dell discounts right now that can cannot be mentioned. I would follow the discussion for this thread if you need advice

If you need a card for 1440p, you can't go wrong with either. The 12gb super is plenty fast, but if you can spend more, go for the 16gb Ti. It will probably extend the time you own it, and you will get most of the delta back when you resell it in the future

I have owned many all three, multiples over many years. MSI is the least reliable, ASUS has the worst customer service, and PNY is extremely light on frills but will get the job done well.
Right now using a PNY 4080S that has been nothing but fantastic. Great temps great noise control. If I'm being critical bad parts are:
- software sucks compared to other companies but there's little point in trying to OC a 4080S. the software works, just very basic.I don't use it at all.
- there is no rgb other than an always-on white PNY logo that's about 1x3". I fixed this nicely by taping a piece of purple cellophane over it. Works great, very secure, now it matches the color of my system ligths exactly.
Beware that both MSI and Asus have been very, very, very naughty in the past... as recently as this year: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=7pMrssI
And, in terms of quality, while MSI and Asus make some really good motherboards (my two most recent were Asus and MSI, and I've been very happy with them), they also make the worst motherboards out there. See top-three search results here: https://m.youtube.com/@Hardwareun...q
Again, not so black-and-white.
