These threads are always amusing because of how they trigger freakouts among the HFCS police whose "facts" about relative health risks are purely rats-in-a-cage mental conditioning, which they claim to be "science," and have absolutely nothing to do with actual knowledge or research.

edit: do you guys just hate reduced sugar or against buying in bulk to get a discount? 😆 eat what you want. someone asked and I saw the coupon applied to a lesser sugar, no corn syrup version.

When I ordered the grape Smuckers from Amazon on a previous SlickDeal, half had busted jars & half had the safety seals busted. It's a definite no for me this time.

Exactly why I avoid jarred stuff from Amazon unless it's an absolute insane deal.
Had an entire S&S shipment covered in marmalade once.
Also watch out for broth in tetrapaks. It doesn't smell pleasant when soaked into the cardboard shipping box.
