Reviewmeta said that 2 months ago it had 83 reviews but now only 22. So either Amazon deleted the fake reviews or the vendor is bribing people to delete negative reviews.

It's one of those models taking liberties with marketing.
Yes, cables can limit power output. 65W is one common power limit for some cables. I've gotten over that by changing cables (tested on a different brand, not this one)
