Is this a good deal? I feel like poly wood ones in Costco can drop to around $100 so $150 for this sounds inflated

No. In fact Adirondak chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs ever made. As a chiropractor they're the worst chair known to your spine.

Just received one of 2 today. Went together perfectly. Treated wood. Included screws were garbage, used 4 hex head of my own and for the price I'm more than happy with it. For the time it'd take me and the cost of wood it's way better than I expected after reading comments here. Wish I bought 2 more.
