This seems like a very good deal. Only downside is that it's not very bright at 250 nits. But it checks literally all of my other boxes. 1440p, IPS, 144Hz, and it's 31.5" which is just about the biggest I would go at 1440p. Pixel density is slightly higher than a 24" monitor at 1080p.
I'm pulling the trigger. Acer monitors have always done well for me in the past; I'm on one right now that's nearly 10 years old.
That Costco deal is a VA panel instead of IPS, that would be the only downside. That means the viewing angles will be a bit worse. Also it's curved, which I personally think is a useless gimmick, but that's just my opinion. But it seems like a very slight curve, which is good.
Biggest advantage of the Costco deal is that it's HDR 400, while OP's deal has no HDR rating at all. Also, for those without a Costco membership, that monitor is also $200 on Acer's website: https://www.acer.com/us-en/monito....JX2AA.S01
