I'm pulling the trigger. Acer monitors have always done well for me in the past; I'm on one right now that's nearly 10 years old.
Biggest advantage of the Costco deal is that it's HDR 400, while OP's deal has no HDR rating at all. Also, for those without a Costco membership, that monitor is also $200 on Acer's website: https://www.acer.com/us-en/monito....JX2AA
