Residential service plumber here. I purchased one of these a few years ago and just never found a use for it. Anything I can't remove with a basin wrench gets removed by either a Multi-tool with a metal blade or drilling out the nut with a drill bit and use a thin flat head screwdriver to pop out.

My biggest gripe with this is that I could never get it to consistently remove or tighten water supply lines to the faucet underneath the sink. The Ridgid basin wrench has worked wonders but this tool has been junk each time I've tried it.

Other people in the comments seem like it's helped them, so more power to them.

Professional plumber here. Thought I'd try this tool to limit the number of things bouncing around in the tool bag. Seemed like a really impressive tool; all of the functionality! I've spent quit a bit of effort in trying to find the usefulness of this tool. Every time I've tried to use it...it falls flat on it's face. There has only been one instance of use, a faucet mount nut on a delta faucet in a medical treatment room install. Installation of stops? Nope, it won't reach around the stop to the compression nut. 3 hole sink basket tool? Nope, spread of teeth aren't correct. Faucet stem nuts to mount under sink? Nope, not the right size or reach. Supply line nut? Nope, none of the arrangements fit snug enough to feel good about. Guess I could use it on toilet supply nuts, but who needs a tool to tighten those? Overall, I still like the idea presented here, I just haven't found a useful instance for this product. I really should have just spent the money on another Milwaukee spud wrench.

Actual retail price is $20, not $32. However, this is the lowest ever price, with only one sale getting anywhere close which was a year ago. Same price at Home Depot:

Folks, buy this. I got it 'on sale' for $20 and I absolutely could not have done a recent job without this. Saved the cost of calling a plumber.

Amazing deal. Wish I had waited but glad I didn't since I needed the tool!)

Those without Amazon Prime, its also available at Home De-pot for the same price with free ship.

Also, a basin wrench will do the same thing, if not better but could be more expensive.

Using it just once saves you $150 from avoiding the plumber call for a diy faucet removal and install. yes you can use a basin wrench but when you cannoy fit the wrench under your sink, this is the tool for the job

Also: dont bother with the kolher faucet installation tool. That thing is a 10 dollar piece of plastic that will break the second you attempt to twist the lugnuts off.

Paid ~$25 for this years ago and used it once; totally worth it. Couldn't fit any wrench in the spot and this worked like a charm.

I had to replace my kitchen sink faucets a year ago and this tool would have saved me an hour of frustration.

The problem is you are only going to need this tool around once a decade.

Use it only once in your lifetime, it will change your life forever. I used it 3 times in 9 years, after the first time I fell in love--time saver.

you're probably better off investing in a wrench like this;
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01D4ZF0HA/ [amazon.com]
because you may not be able to get your hand or thick
sleeve up against the hose nut if your sink is mounted
close to the wall or rear end of your cabinetry.
