This is one of the worst type of power banks ever made. The amount of pressure/stress you will put on your iPhone's port. There are other brands that make the same type and they are all terribly designed. Would recommend go with a different design.

That's what we call an "inside your head" thought. There was never a need to tell anyone that.

I've previously said that I like this charger but in retrospect, it's probably why my charging port doesn't work all that well these days.

Stupidest design ever. If there isn't a backplate to help with support it's just gonna snap and ruin the port too. This form factor has been around a long time and it's stupid.

Why use this instead of magsafe charger?
Magsafe is really inefficient and slow. You would be carrying a lot of battery that you wouldn´t be able to use, making either heavy and bulky or almost useless.

I still have my 13 PM so this would be good for me to fit in a fanny pack.
I was thinking about not buying it since if I upgrade to a newer phone next year I won't be able to use it.

Still, at $12 that is less than a drink at a bar nowadays. I will probably have at least 1 yr use of this.

Sweet deal. Thanks OP! Bought 3 for this price for my fam for our summer trip. Hate cables.
Good luck. The lightning ones fall out easy. You will effectively only be able to charge when not using your phones. Also they break rather easy.

In for one of these. I had one and left it at one my job's satellite offices. At 12.99 I can wait until next year when we have a meeting there again.

Anyhow it does feel weird but I'm not using this thing while walking around. This is a
- my battery is almost dead but I don't need to use it right now charger. i used it to recharge overnight at a hotel where the lamp base electrical outlet wouldn't hold the usb plug in.
