According to Terms, discount is only available on Unlimited Plan for $50 or Unlimited+Plan for $60. I confirmed this by adding the $30 plan to the cart and there was no discount. Need to update the OP.

OP's price quote is for the "Unlimited+" plan (aka $60).
Also the price quote is per month, eg "BYOD 50% off for 12 months $30.00" but the price is locked for 1 year. Then it will revert back to normal price. So its a year deal.

I suppose good for 12 months unlimited if moving 5 people. so the discount is enough to make it worth it else no point to this.
waiting for phone deals as well but they all suck
and plans from main carriers suck as they keep jacking up prices while offering very little value as they include bundles of worthless junk.
