I still have few lines with them and will give the customer service 10/10. A good number of lines were moved to TBV due to this promo.
Their web site says $10/month - is this for all 4 lines?

First call:
Promotion doesn't exist. Escalated to another department. They hung up on me.
Second call:
Same first response, escalated again after 10 mins of checking. Escalation:
"Upon checking, with the promo when you bring your own device and phone number you get 50% discount for 12 months, but must enroll in autopay to get this." So I got enroll and it confirmed $62 instead of $31. Then they said "oh. On the day your transfer occurs, you must then enroll in autopay to receive the benefits."
When asked to share the terms and conditions that state this they couldn't. Put me on hold for 30 minutes. Picked back up and said they could now see the issue and asked for a credit card to fix it. Got the card number then hung up. No call back.
I can't stand this company. Will look to port out ASAP even if they do figure out how to solve it.

I decided not to switch, not worth the headache at any price, but don't let them take your money.

Looks like I'm out of avenues on this one. Any legal advice team?
On a different note my mobile TVZ app indicates I will be charged $66.68 for Aug which not sure if it will change.

I posted complaint today with FCC and BBB, you can do the same as the number of complaints will warrant attention. I also shared google links which talked about this promo on their websites, I have also reached out to a reddit post on an email the individual had received on this promo.
