How much does it cost for shared 2GB for 4 lines?
Their web site says $10/month - is this for all 4 lines?
There is no concept of shared data, each line has its own plan and you can mix and match. The lowest data you can have for a line is 1GB with unlimited talk and text for $9.00. Multiply this by the number of lines you need ($36.00 in this case)

Buyer beware. This might be a bait and switch. I ordered my SIM card for the $60 plan for $30+tax. It arrived, I ported my number no problem and have service for a month. However, going online and trying to set up autopay, the price showed $60. I called in to speak to customer service, and was told there is no 50% promo on their webpage and it never existed. Tried to escalate and kept getting transferred and hung up on. Now I'll need to transfer my service yet again after my month is up.

I'm getting the same bait and switch. Does anyone have a screenshot of the website and terms that can share?

If anyone is interested, here's how the two calls today have gone:

First call:
Promotion doesn't exist. Escalated to another department. They hung up on me.

Second call:
Same first response, escalated again after 10 mins of checking. Escalation:

"Upon checking, with the promo when you bring your own device and phone number you get 50% discount for 12 months, but must enroll in autopay to get this." So I got enroll and it confirmed $62 instead of $31. Then they said "oh. On the day your transfer occurs, you must then enroll in autopay to receive the benefits."

When asked to share the terms and conditions that state this they couldn't. Put me on hold for 30 minutes. Picked back up and said they could now see the issue and asked for a credit card to fix it. Got the card number then hung up. No call back.

I can't stand this company. Will look to port out ASAP even if they do figure out how to solve it.

y'all need to doing chargebacks against total.

I decided not to switch, not worth the headache at any price, but don't let them take your money.

Went into a physical store today to see if they could do anything. They looked up my number and said they couldn't help; only telephone support can do anything.

Looks like I'm out of avenues on this one. Any legal advice team?

I've just reported them to the FTC via https://reportfraud.ftc.gov -- you should too.

I have got into the same issue was billed for the full price of $154.35 for 5 lines for July. The CS is in denial of the promo today though they were ok to raise a ticket last week and were in agreement. This week all that has changed, my chase CC wants copy of T&C or any comm indicating the promo charges which TVZ never shared in an email.

On a different note my mobile TVZ app indicates I will be charged $66.68 for Aug which not sure if it will change.

I posted complaint today with FCC and BBB, you can do the same as the number of complaints will warrant attention. I also shared google links which talked about this promo on their websites, I have also reached out to a reddit post on an email the individual had received on this promo.

From one of the TbV store facebook page, they posted on the 10th, so I'm assume they just got it.

I found the T&Cs via the Internet Archive:
