Amazing prices for sure - but just be aware that Total is QCI 9 / lowest priority on the Verizon towers. Don't expect to get usable data service when you're in any sort of crowd (except maybe in areas with good 5G UW coverage).
you lose the 50% discount. it'll double
Why is this discounted $25 or $30 per month on Total better than the regular Visible and Visible+ plans of $25 and $35 per month?

Does Total have a higher network priority than Visible?

Received follow up call from TW CS on my FCC complaint, they validate and put you on hold for 15 mins stating they are researching on the issue only to come later and state the cost of 5 lines is $50 x 5 =$250 and it has been discounted to $135.

They are not considering the 50% off your bill rather they are considering the multi-line discount as the discounted price.

The CS reps are all from Philippines and come across as if 50% off promo never existed. If you try to explain the issue to them, they keep repeating the same statement, it is like pounding your head against the wall.

Any suggestions on similar conversations with CS?

Ok was dealing with this for the majority of the day so far. Multiple chats and multiple disconnected phone calls. Finally spoke to a person who assured me when enrolled in auto renew that the discount would automatically apply. I repeatedly confirmed that the 50% discount would apply on the next billing cycle and future ones. So I enrolled in auto renew, while looking at my dashboard the 50% did not show. The person on the phone assured me that when it is billed the discount will be applied. Maybe I'm a sucker but I went for it. My bill is set to be renewed on the 13th and I will know then. I wish that I had them say that over chat but unfortunately they only do billing stuff over the phone, perhaps to be able to deny it later. However this person told me many times the 50% discount would automatically be applied during billing when I enroll in auto renew. We will see.
