Ingredients:

Toasted Rice Cereal (Rice, Sugar, Salt, Malt Flavor), Corn Syrup, Fructose, Vegetable Oil (Soybean And Palm Oil With Tbhq For Freshness), Sugar, Corn Syrup Solids. Contains 2% Or Less Of Vegetable Glycerin, Dextrose, Gelatin, Natural And Artificial Flavors (Contains Milk), Salt, Datem, Acetylated Monoglycerides, Soy Lecithin, Bht For Freshness.

Wish there were no preservatives, less sugar and overall better qualities ingredients.

Great deal for those who don't mind the carcinogens.

For me, if I'm going to eat unhealthy, I go all out.

High quality ice cream or a top-notch burger, as a couple of examples.
I want to make the most of those calories! (and avoid toxins if possible)

Tempting but I'll control myself. I gained like 7-8 pounds over the period of 6 months or so just snacking way too much on things with a lot of sugar and carbs. A bunch of it was stuff bought through deals like this. I was able to lose that additional weight in the blink of an eye by cutting out the junk food/eating less calories (plus upping protein intake). I think just a single box of these would suffice for an occasional treat.

I am always on the prowl for something to put in the snack tray in my office, but i feel bad putting something this fattening in the office for folks that already have weight problems. I try to stick to healtier snacks, but there are rarely deals like this on them.
