I got a similar phone galaxy A02s and first it was fast but now it's horribly slow even after updates and factory resets

Could I get this and load 2 years of service plus both phones' minutes - and discard the phones? Cheap route if so.

Unusable . The damn thing is so slow and sluggish. I tried all kind of tips from various suggestions and it didn't improve anything. I bought 2 to harvest the minutes and tried to tinker with them and finally gave up.

I just did much the same. I had 2 Motorola G Play 2023 phones I bought on a similar deal. I just wanted a phone to keep in the car, because I have been known to forget mine. I successfully activated one phone yesterday. I activated the second phone today, and successfully made a phone call with it, which supposedly means everything is fine. It wasn't. I put Tracfone's app on the second phone, and all the minutes, text, data and 2 years service showed up, but the phone would no longer place calls or receive texts, and the app said it was not activated. It took 30 minutes on the phone with a young lady with an Asian accent to get phone and text working, but after several hours, it still showed not activated. She said call back if it didn't show activated in the app after 6 hours. I haven't checked again, but I may have to call back tomorrow. I must say, she was nicer than my primary phone's company rep, T-Mobile. If you wanted to use a different phone, you would switch phones after activation of the second phone.
