Just got 2 delivered ordered on 12th. Looking at Apps in ADB AppControl through USB it shows T-Mobile/ATT/Verizon/Metro/Cricket Apps even device unlock that are disabled looks like can enable them.

Login to your online account -- should be in there pending activation under Manage Lines then click Activate

Doesn't matter for this deal -- pick new number or port number

I had 2x tablet lines from Metro that I wanted to end (free up tablet IMEIs) so I ported those over using these
