The bloatware is insane on this. Immediately disable "Mobile Services" on it.

I'll feel bad for whoever I give this to if they ever do reset

Question that I didn't find in the Wiki. I bought two phones and will sell the second one with the service for one month.

When I hand it off to the buyer on Craigslist, how do they activate? Can they do it, or do I have to activate it in my account?

Bought today and even though it said shipping July 10... Got shipping notification today!!

Of course it's probably just for label but surprised even got that before July 10.

Got tracking #, getting this week.

If Straight Talk pre-added the phone to your account (you got an Alerts email that a devide was added to your account even before you received it), then it has to be activated in your account. If the phone was not pre-added, then anyone can activate it.

UPDATE on this post https://slickdeals.net/f/17553237-straight-talk-new-lines-motorola-moto-g-power-5g-2024-1-mo-silver-unlimited-plan-from-42-50-in-store-only?p=171474213#post171474213 , Tracfone and maybe other TF sub-brands now support eSIM on Android phones. A Howard Forums member posted today that the eSIM of his Straight Talk Moto G Stylus 5g 2024 was accepted by TF. So I decided to check the IMEI2 (for eSIM) of my Metro Moto Razr 2023 and my Fi Samsung S24. Both were accepted by TF.

Correction: It was the IMEI of my Metro Moto Razr 2023, not Metro Moto G Stylus 2023, that passed the TF eSIM check.

Is it a maximum of five phones on the account and can someone post how much each additional phone plan is supposed to be discounted if you purchase two?
Might want to read the wiki.

Not at all. That's the first thing I did after my phone shipped. Please note that deleting credit card info doesn't turn off auto pay, so u would need to turn it off if u signed up for auto pay.

Pay thru paypal so no chance of autopay being on or credit card information being saved.

Why did I get charged $47.26 to TracFone Wireless Inc? Are they going to reimburse once I activate phone?
