Terms say (assuming they haven't changed it since March) that you have 30 days from using the 'coupon' to get your money into the savings account, but the day counter starts when you open the account. This way you only have to keep your money in the Chase savings for a little over 60 days.
This is what I did and have already received my bonus. I did a test transfer of a small amount first to see how long it would take for the deposit to show up in my Chase savings so I know when to start my larger transfer. I ended up transferring it about 25 days after opening the account in case something happened to delay it by a day or two.

1) New money only (AKA money has to be transferred from a non chase affiliated account. It can still be your own account. For example moving money from a second BoA account into the newly opened chase)
2) Sometimes the new chase accounts lock you out of ACH transfers. It gets really difficult to pull your money from a different bank and the transfer is "pending" for a few days only to get rejected. To get around this, use the push method and add the chase account to the account you're transferring from and use that second account to push money into the chase account, not the other way around
3) Look at the minimums you have to maintain to make sure the account stays open and avoid the monthly maintenance fees. Basically only do this deal if you can comfortably park 15K in savings + 1500 or so in checkings for the 3 months. If you accidentally withdraw out too much or use the accounts to pay regular bills causing you to dip below the required thresholds you might be out of luck.

No. Money needs to be freshly printed by the mint and delivered in a suitcase same day 😝
