Son and wife do not have any Chase accounts. Can we do this one for the son and one for the wife or do they track this by maling address? Anyone know?
Deposited the $15K in each one of the two savings accounts and those bonuses are slated to be paid.
No idea how to track the extra $400 bonus in the app though. Does anyone know of a way to do that or to figure that out?
We set up $15K transfers twice and both got rejected from them with no reason (my CU said they are OK).
We are going to close the accounts completely (planning for international transactions only).
Thanks

Trying to understand if there's any grace period to fund the new accounts before "daily balance" starts being counted towards the $12 + $5 monthly fees.

I can't tell what some of your post is asking, but if you just opened the accounts, you have a 30day grace period before those fee rules kick in. So your 2nd month will start to monitor and ensure you meet the rules.
I transferred the money out to my normal bank and called Chase and closed both accounts.

Did you wait for the transfer out to clear to your bank, or did you setup the transfer and immediately call Chase to close accounts?
