To save anyone from having to hunt for specs, this is IPS and has a flat screen rather than curved. It actually seems like a pretty good deal if you're not intent on getting an OLED.

Yup - for people who don't want to risk burn in I felt this was a good option for the price.

I have this monitor and love it, thinking of getting another one as 2nd screen since my 27in is failing. I think it will be cheaper though since I paid less for mine more than a year ago.

I was considering the U3223QE model for graphic design and media editing. However, I noticed that the G model offers equivalent color performance, a 144Hz refresh rate, and is $50 cheaper. Since I don't use the monitor for gaming, should I choose this one for my office use?

I game and work on mine, not graphics but my designer friend loved this monitors colors when he saw it at my place. I would read up on it more and decide.

AND some amex cards have an offer of "spend $250, get $50 back". So, if you have multiple amex cards with the offer you can do a split payment and save another $100..

If you got the G3223Q, how has it worked for your graphic design / media editing; I've been thinking about the same option vs. the U3223QE for the same picture quality & accuracy vs. cost reasons.
