Buyer beware, since Quicksilver was purchased last year by a holding company, their products have turned to disposable quality. I recently ordered 3x pairs of sandals, took a pair to the river and they turned to goo in the water.
When I tried to return (less than a week after ordering), I was told by two departments that I cannot return them as they are not in original resalable condition, nor can I get a refund, only store credit and I still had to pay $7 restocking fee for $11 flip flops. I told them to kick rocks and charged the transaction back on my credit card.

Ok that sucks bc I've been buying QS stuff for literally decades now. I don't doubt there is or will be a quality decline but fwiw, the Waterman shirts I purchased recently appear to be as well made as they have always been so maybe 🤞but regardless thanks for the heads up.

Quicksilver needs to get their stuff together! Bad customer service in addition to terrible systems. Customer service act like robots with no critical thinking abilities at all. I ordered multiple items in the past several months of which a few shipped and others did not. It took several weeks before items were shipped. Those items that weren't shipped were out of stock but I was never notified. I had to call much later and find out that those items were out of stock and ask for a refund. No apologies. My recommendations are to just stay clear of quicksilver.

STUCK at "Validating Account" stage when trying to log onto site.
You'll have to chat with customer service and they will send a link to reactivate your account. Same for any of the family websites (Roxy, Billabong, RVCA). It's probably due to change in ownership.
On the plus side, the same promo code: 50FORYOU seems to work across the board at Quiksilver, Roxy, Billabong, RVCA, Volcom for 50% off sitewide. Some exclusions may apply.

Wanted to add to the other comments that the Return Policy and Customer Service is terrible. Ordered a couple of sandals to try multiple sizes and then planned to exchange the one that didn't fit to the right size (so that I would have two pairs of the same sandals). Turns out that by the time I received them, ever single size was out of stock. They would not let me exchange them for a different color, and they were unwilling to budge on the $7 return fee for sandals that costed $8.50, even though I never opened the bagging package for the sandals. Horrible return policy.

I bought a goretex snowboard jacket on sale last year that didn't end up being completely waterproof. I sent in a claim and the let me keep the jacket and gave me store credit for the full retail value.

Waterman is their attempt to save the brand. It's working. Good stuff
