I have this cage that I bought right before COVID hit.
Overall I love it for my home gym.
It feels safe and sturdy.
I would recommend swapping the the pull up bar to the back so when you use it you are on the inside. Never had a single issue but to me that made sense so it would not tip
I did not bolt it down. I just bought some of those weight holders for my plates and keep my 45lbs don't below to help add weight
Also the holes in this I think are larger than nose. I found that Hulk-Fit accessories for this . I bought the state ropes (like better than bars), some extra J-hooks, and the poles to hold plates.
Can anyone find the specs on this? I would consider buying it, except that it gives no measurements. I'm tall and my wife is short, so there's a pretty limited range of heights that work for us both

81in x 44in x 47in. Just click on the yellow cage option and it gives more detail. Same cage, different color.
I have this cage and it has two centered mounting holes for bolts in the upper back horizontal beam. It's for the optional lat pull down attachment but I don't see why you couldn't just hang the bag using them.

I mounted a speed bag to mine and there is more sway in the cage than i would like. I can't imagine a 90lb heavy bag doing better when hit hard repeatedly. I would not recommend it.

Looks pretty thin compared to another budget rack like Fitness Reality 810XLT
I have the yellow/black version of this cage and the frame is 2.35", not 3" square. Doesn't feel less sturdy, but does make finding hole mounted accessories more annoying. I believe Hulkfit stuff fit this cage just fine

I'm 6'0", and my gf is 5'7". No issues here.
I also have a flat bench and lower the safety bars, and use it to bench press with no issues. It should accommodate you both just fine unless you're really tall.
I bought this 2 weeks ago and it no longer included the safety arms that catch the barbell if it falls.
They want you to buy it separately. Instead I just went to Home Depot and bought 3 foot long steel rods that are located in the section next to the rebar bars. $10 per rod. That should hold 600 lbs dropped

When it comes to gym equipment, 'buy nice or buy twice'
Buy something that you're excited to use
