Not a bad deal. Processor just squeaks by for Windows 11 compatibility.

Also, if you have an AMX Platinum Business and haven't used your $200 credit for the 1st half of the year (ends June 30th), you could do worse.

Can anyone plz recommend between this laptop and the microcenter laptop for 299? The asus laptop memory can be increased to 32gb.

The Asus has half the size of ssd, slightly better resolution (1200 vs 1080), and half the ram. Precision laptops are easy to work on, not sure about the asus. Nobody is buying either for bleeding performance, so not sure you'll have a problem with either processor. Personally, I'd go with dell

Is this better than the 3540. That thing is a piece of garbage it's so slow. It also will freeze from time to time or won't wake out of sleep. Also battery life sucks

This is Chromebook prices for a pretty good laptop. Yes it's an older generation CPU! What do you expect for $200??

Thanks. I am only worried about the processor. As dell has old processor with 6 core and asus is newer processor with 10 core and better performance. Not sure if dell will be slower with windows 11.
