First, serious collectors don't even consider 1970s period to be vintage. Cutoff for vintage is late 1960s. You can see the prices reflect this - anything 1970 and before is crazy price and becomes significantly cheaper after 1970.
Second, instead of paying $2400 for a remake of 1970s guitar one can get a real 1970s instrument for a bout the same price.
I get it when reissues of 1950s and 1960s guitars are offered, as originals are prohibitively expensive for most buyers, but reissues of 1970s guitars are kind of silly.
