No tile saw but lots of clearance priced stuff at my local Lowe's today. Craftsman laser level for $32, Kobalt right angle impact for $37

Mostly fake/paid/FREE sample reviews.

Look at all the outdated "work" that the reviewers provided.
Not to mention the man with Hideous fingernails shown cutting a tile on an already installed floor (about 10-15 years too late for that pattern).

If in the market for a 7" saw PLENTY better electric units in this price range.

For the type of work that I do, I generally prefer commercial/ pro grade tools, but I recognize that different people have different budgets. For someone already in the Kobalt 24 ecosystem, this is a good buy for small projects assuming the user understands that this bare tool (and all high-powered Kobalt cordless tools) requires a minimum 4 Amp-hr battery, preferably a 6 to take full advantage of a high draw motor.

Best of all: Kobalt cordless tools come with a 5-year warranty and a 90-day return window in case it doesn't meet your expectations.

If this tool would be useful to you, give it a try and put your receipt in a safe place.

Good luck with that "kobalt" (archway) customer service for a warranty. They suck. Ha ha
I bought a bunch 80Volt blowers when they were $20/$30/$40 with batteries.
1 battery failed within a year. The idiots couldnt figure anything out and kept moving the goal post.
Sold them all off.

Name one? I'm a professional tile installer with over 30 years experience. I've owned all of the portable tile saws and this one is BY FAR the best. With a 6.0ah or 8.0ah battery this thing is fantastic. I no longer even bring my full size wet saw to jobs unless I'm installing natural stone. I just finished an 800 s/f residential job installing 12" x 24" slate-look porcelain tile and the 8.0am battery got me through the whole job until literally the last three cuts when I had to use my 6.0ah battery to finish. And the best part is you can use it inside right near where you're installing. Great water containment, doesn't make a huge mess.

Just for the record, I'm a tile installer by trade and use this saw on almost every job, it's fantastic. I literally just put my Dewalt tile say in the basement to get it out of the way in the garage because I haven't used it in a year and a half. The only thing I would use it for now is when I installed natural stone on a large install. This thing cuts great with the 6.0ah and 8.0ah batteries. I did use a 4.0ah for awhile when I first got it and it worked fine, but the bigger batteries work even better and run time is great. I'd pick up another one at this price, but I've never seen them in-store at any of the Lowe's around here. I bought mine online.
