FYI These are the plastic ones, not the glass ones if anyone cares. LOVE the glass ones / threw my plastic ones away.

My wife and I use these for meal portioning for leftovers. They've been great. No cracking for us. However, I will say, we only fridge these: no freezer. Also, if we do microwave them, we never wave them for more than 2 minutes with a stir halfway through. I can imagine cracking and pitting could be greater if you are freezing, long microwaving, or microwaving from frozen. You shouldn't microwave plastic. Definitely don't cookwave anything in these.

If you ever see the glass ones on sale I would love to replace mine! I love these but much prefer glass. Costco gets the white-lid glass Pyrex containers that even have glass/silicone lids. No plastic. I love them!

Plastic is the way to go for light weight and heating things up in the microwave such as canned soups. Glass gets too hot, and so does ceramic bowls. With these plastic bowls the food absorbs the heat and not the container. Much easier to grab right out of the microwave with bare hands and go.

Also great for bringing "left-overs" lunches to work without the weight of glass. Or just putting left-overs in the fridge in general. And no risk of dropping and shattering them.

Yes, eventually they start to crack a bit and get that white build up, but they are good for quite a few years of use.

Second this. Took two years for the set that I purchaed to start cracking. This is with regular use. (4 weekdays every week, fridge and microwave)

And I think the cracking was my fault. The cracks started around the time I started throwing them into the dishwasher. With adjustments to the cycle (less steam) I would imagine I could have squeezed more life from them.

Edit: adding that my office is shared with roughly 20 people. Microwaving is perfect as it barely emits any odor unless you are close to the container.

I can also attest to the stain resistant claim. I have scratches and cracks, but zero stains. I don't know if there are "better" containers out there, but this I model is a great value to if you're like me... Always trying to stretch a buck. I'll probably end up biting on this sale, even though I have zero use for most of the small and large containers.

These plastic Rubbermaid are the best of plastic. I understand YOU need glass but throwing away these is very selfish. I hope you mean donated as we have been using ours for over 7 years before cracks appear.

With someone with arthritis in the house using glass for leftovers is tough. The shatter resistance of these is top notch. Verifiable on many accounts.
The lid stays on every time. It helps having a cushion pad under the fridge too. We rarely use these in the microwave as its better for storage use but it works on sick days. Easy storage when in use and when not.

Useful sizes here but way over-priced for what you get. Have both glass and plastic in these. The glass don't seal well in the freezer and they break very easily. I like the space saving and how well they stack. We use the 4.7 and 3.2 the most and like the fact that these use the same lid. What we don't like is that they can't fill to the top owing to how they seal internally instead of on the top edge like our Snapware Pyrex Total solutions which we prefer. The R-M lid can be a real bearto pull off at times. The grey snap clips rely on a tiny pin that breaks making the lid useless and no longer liquid tight. Lost maybe 5 lids this way and they can't be purchased separately while the Snapware T.S. ids can be.

I have no comments on the quality of this set as I haven't used it, but I at least give them props for being honest.

I have noticed that many of the container sets from various sellers are shady and they count the covers as being a piece, so if somebody buys a 10 piece set, they're actually only getting 5 containers.

This set claims to be a 22 piece set, and that's correct because there are actually 22 containers. If this set were as shady as some other sets being sold, then there would've only been half as many containers (11) in this set.
That's true for this set, but not for all their sets tied to this listing:

I bought this "24 piece set" for $28 4 years ago and it's definitely 12 containers and 12 lids.

I will second this, our plastic ones crack. Way more easily than cheaper plastic ones. At this price, I'd be looking at glass instead
