If you buy this for your child and they hurt someone with it, you can be criminally charged with negligence. Just something to keep in mind.

This thing 220Nm of torque which is a lot of torque. A Yamaha YZ450F motocross bike is ~55hp and 45Nm torque. That's 500% the torque!

So while a 4hp e-moto won't go near as fast as a 450cc, 220Nm can accelerate like a rocket, climb like a mountain goat, or pop a wheelie and throw you on the ground.

Wear all the safety gear and do not put a little kid on this!

Not necessarily. Only if there's documented negligence. If you buy it for your kid to use on private property and he unexpectedly takes it to the streets, not your fault. Generally, it's only your fault if you knew he was going to use it for a dangerous purpose and disregarded the risk.
In California they are charging the parents for negligence even if the kid was the only one injured.

Well, California is a wacked out nanny state.
So parents shouldn't be held liable for giving their children motorcycles to ride around on the streets?

Kid was hit up the road from us and wasn't wearing a helmet, no lights on it, and now had permanent damage. Parents who buy this for their kids are idiots.

"48V 23Ah" there's no way it's doing 40mph or 43.5mi of range unless you're Lance Armstrong on roids and peddling your heart out.

Nobody's pedaling this thing since it doesn't even have pedals.

Imagine buying 10 of these and give away to random boys in a middle school and let wreck havoc
