Great jigsaw. I've had that one for a few years. I only thought it was a clunker when, like a dunce, I was using blades with the wrong shank. Worked great when I figured that out and got the right ones.

0 reviews. I just need to drill 3 holes through external brick wall to run some cabling. Worth the risk? Edit: nvm I'm going to wait for a deal on a sds

Wow, that's cheap! If you're putting small holes in a few times, I guess it's fine. If you're standing on a ladder, battery operated will be nice, which this doesn't have.

If you need to do serious work, go with a reputable brand. If you need to drill big holes, don't bother with SDS. Just go straight to SDS Max. I just put three 1 3/4" holes into concrete, and it was hard enough with SDS Max. Not going to happen with plain SDS.

Hilti makes a vibration reduction version, but that's only worthwhile if you're drilling many, many holes.
