This stuff is no joke. I've seen it transform a lot of men from angry, amped-up and combative to pitiful and begging for the pain to be taken away. I've been sprayed for training. It gave me panicked thoughts about death.

If you actually need to use this it's not worth saving $5 or $10 to get spray when gel is so much better.
Price is fine but the product is not worth the savings.
I'd use gel while holding a cold in the other arm. That confident in the control of the spray.
Moot anyway, most guys will not be incapacitated by this taco sauce, at least no more than you are likely to do to yourself with a breeze or indoors.
