The good:
- it is quite portable, but quite long with nozzle attachment.
The bad:
- It is surprisingly uncomfortable to hold (the main section is about the size of two soda cans stacked on top of each other, with no handle).
- The battery doesn't have a locking mechanism. It won't fall out, but it can lose contact with the vacuum cleaner pretty easily.
- You have to hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on. Not a deal breaker, but unintuitive.
The ugly:
- My vacuum only runs for about a minute max before turning itself off. If I turn it on again, it turns off a few seconds later. It is almost as if it has overheating protection that kicks in to keep it from burning out. The battery is still fully charged, so it's not running out of juice. The power button led starts blinking shortly before it turns off, but there is no mention of what this means in the included manual.
I'll be returning mine as well.
