does anyone know if these new 4th gen cams can be rebooted via the app? I have the 1st gen and there's no such option and i have to climb up to the camera when I need to reboot it (when the cam fails to start live view).

I did the add another adult to account to get another set but the 20% off won't come until after they receive the trade-in. Any work around for this so it can be instant?

Yes. That's why I'm a bit skeptical of paying the plus subscription for the 10% off here. But maybe you can subscribe and cancel right after

It's not a deal because these are spy devices and should be free as they will be directly monitoring the buyer or customer. Strong pass for me and wouldn't even take this deal even if I was paid money to take it.
