I bought the bigger refurbished River Pro 2 months back and has been working flawless. Also, it has a 5-year warranty.

I have bought a couple and couldn't tell any difference in the product versus new. I have had no issues so far. Refurb doesn't always mean the thing is broken or blew up. People always mention that the refurb stuff from most companies have a higher quality assurance than new items.

I bought one of these units refurb a few months ago and probably paid more. It's been a solid device so far. Can get your feet wet and see if it blows up for a small price! lol

How much without the solar panels?
$320 - https://www.ebay.com/itm/14507492...media=COPY - These 160W panels were around $280 but the bundle and 20% off seemed a good deal.

Some probably dumb questions... how safe is it to leave this power bank(powering your fridge? ) in the car in 100 degree weather and you go shopping or for a hike for a few hours?

For the DC fridge if you run out of power does it have good insulation and you can buy some ice to put in?
Not a dumb question. They'd run hot, of course... if they run too hot, Ecoflows have thermal protection. A cheap chinese dc fridge might not, if not, it could potentially burn itself out. Chances of running 'too hot' in 100f weather where you car might be 120+ are rather high.

LFP batteries don't like discharging in the 130-140F range and many have thermal shutoff protection in that range.

Read the thread, that was answered pretty thoroughly a few posts ago.

It's not a good idea to buy anything refurbished or open box off of eBay.
GoHDDrive sells all their referb stuff there. Great service, ordered wrong and they paid for it to be shipped back. Drives running great too after 78hr sector testing 6 x20 16t's! 🤙

Now my new UGreen NASync that won't connect to my pc that's a different story.

Pro Tip: Don't put it plugged into a solar panel IN your car... put it in the shade, away from the heat and car, at the length of the cable (usually about 8 feet of ground play). The car can insulate enough which is why it gets +150 by itself.

I'm sure it's pure. I bought new at $178 and haven't had any issues running a projector off of it.

for anyone who uses these things camping, could you provide some examples on what you are using this for?

I'm interested but I'm wondering how much this will improve my camping experience
For when I'm camping with no hook ups. Lights when it's darker at night. A fan if it's hot, the fan I use uses 35-45 watts though, so I only ran while my Bluetti EB3A was plugged into my 100W solar panel. I also put a water pump to my faucet that is currently power by a cigarette lighter port into my Bluetti, soon to be wired into the popups 12V wiring. Then I can plug that into the Bluetti. I'm going to get a bigger battery size soon, since 268Wh is only enough if you can charge during the day, if it rains I'll have to conserve it's energy more than I do.

Sorry if I missed it but does this thing have enough juice to run a sump pump during a power outage?

This puts out 300w, probably less than any motor driven device.
