Organic sugar cereal don't mean it's good for ya. Skip cereal. Eat eggs meat yogurt for breakfast if you're still eating breakfast

Yeah... that's likely not all that healthy either (depending obviously on serving method and type of meat, etc.) I'll stick with my Shredded Wheat, no salt, no sugar, entire ingredient list = 'Whole Wheat'. 100% Healthy.

Considering this is 1.25 cups per serving as opposed to many cereals that do .75 cups, its not as bad it seems. Still not ideal though

I agree with you but some people simply don't have it like that

Wow, that's so old school. Meat, any kind, long as it's cooked properly; with butter or ghee etc, eggs, yogurt are waaaaay healthier than any whole grain crap they fed us the last 3 decades

Ohh......Kay.....
It's obvious neither of us is going to convince the other, so no point in debating it. You just let me know in a few decades how that sausage and bacon diet works out for you, and I'll keep eating my science based diet of high-fiber fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat non-processed non-fried meats and fish, and we'll see how that works out.

You are the one that's old school. Trend these days is plant-based, not high fat, high cholesterol meat and dairy
