Anyone having issues with this iPhone not unlocking after 60 days?
Mine supposed to unlock by 9/16 and 3 days later still network locked.
Hopefully won't be the same fiasco as the Moto G Power 5G 2024.

Did you try with other carrier SIM card?

Got it, thanks for the tip.
It's unlocked and works with the Helium SIM but only at LTE.

Hi All,
I also am having issues with the remote unlock. I called 611 from the phone, and got Total Wireless instead of Straighttalk. The rep yesterday said she did the things necessary to unlock my phone and to wait 20 mins. Didn't unlock so I waited overnight, and still nothing. So I called 611 again, and they couldn't move forward because they said my security PIN was incorrect (which is not possible). After calling back to get different operators, finally one told me that it is not possible for them to unlock because my phone has only had 33 days of active service. They said it needs to be 60 days of active service.
I disconnected, and then called the toll free StraightTalk number, and spoke to the rep. She also said the same thing about it needed to be 60 days of active service. From what I understand in the Unlock Policy, that is not true. I know because I have purchased 2 moto phones from them in the past, and only paid for the 1month of service. The next month, they were both remotely unlocked. I explained this to the rep, and she said that it's likely that those Moto phones are BYOD, even though they themselves sold it to me, and that's probably why they were able to unlock, but this iphone 12 is their own branded phone, and that they require me 60 active days to unlock. She won't allow me to escalate because she said she is authorized to handle unlocks, and refuses to transfer to a manager. I wanted to see if anyone here might have a solution.
Thank you!

Just as an update, in case anyone else has had the same issues as myself... I called the Unlocking Dept directly at 1-888-442-5102, and they were able to help me within 5 mins. They gave me a ticket number and said it should unlock within one to two business days. So def call this number if you are having unlocking issues, b/c their regular customer service do not know what they are talking about, and are a hot mess.
