I'm running a 3600x with a 3060ti and 32gb (2x16) 3200 DDR4. I do occasional Warzone/Fallout/Witcher3 as well as run some Kali VMs for pen test purposes. Is this bundle (CPU upgrade + double my RAM) worth it for my use case?

You're probably never CPU bound. If you run low on ram just pick some up.

Also be wary of mismatching ram. Sometimes they don't play well together at XMP. If its the same as what you got then n/m.

What GPU are you running?

What's the main application of the PC? (E.g. gaming @ 11440p, vs 1080p, versus productivity, etc)

No you're in great shape; you won't hit bottlenecks at 1440p until you're running a 4080 or above

5600x is a champ.
